We use personal information for the purpose of operating the website.
Our server and hosting service provider provides i.a. Server infrastructure and platform services, storage and database services, security and technical maintenance services we use to operate the site.
Here we or our service provider process stock data, contact data, content data, contract data. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interests in an efficient and secure provision of our website acc. Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 f) DSGVO i.V.m. Art. 28 DSGVO.
We have concluded a corresponding order processing contract with our service provider.
Due to the nature of a web server we process personal data. Each request is processed by our web server to show you the corresponding pages and files.
An example: You call https://www.areta.at/privacy statement/. Your browser makes a request to our web server. Our server then knows that you want to access the site under the URL / privacy statement / and provides you with the corresponding data.
Such requests included certain information about you, including:
These data are present due to the nature of various technical implementations. We do not use this data in any other form except to provide the content! We do not save this data! We do not collect log files! Specifically, our web server is configured so that no log files are generated via calls.Diese Daten sind aufgrund der Natur diverser technischer Implementierungen vorhanden.
When you contact us (eg via contact form or e-mail), we process your details for the processing of the request as well as for the case that follow-up questions arise.
If the data processing takes place for the execution of pre-contractual measures, which take place upon your request, or, if you are already our customer, for the execution of the contract, the legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 b) DSGVO.
We process further personal data only if you consent to it (Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 a) DSGVO) or we have a legitimate interest in the processing of your data (Art. 6 Abs. 1 S. 1 f) DSGVO). A legitimate interest is for example, responding to your email.
We make every effort to ensure the security of your data within the framework of applicable data protection laws and technical possibilities.
Your personal data will be transmitted encrypted with us. Will use only HTTPS as transfer protocol. We also use HSTS (max-age=31536000; includeSubDomains; preload) to guarantee the use of secure connections.
We do not submit and process referrers of your requests. The referrer states which website a user visited immediately before clicking on a link and being redirected to the current website. If you click on a link to another website on our website, we would (without referrer policy) share with the other website the information that you come from www.areta.at. This information reveals a lot about your surfing behavior and enables automatic profiling.
The referrer is thus a similar information as it stands in the course of your browser. In comparison, a web server receives your information as a maximum “one step backwards” and only if a link to the current page was clicked on the previous website.
Our web server sets the Refferer-Policy header to “no-referrer”. This prevents the transfer of data to third parties.
Please note, however, that in general, data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating via e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.
Unless specifically stated, we store personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes pursued.
In some cases, the legislator provides for the retention of personal data, for example in tax or commercial law. In these cases, the data will be stored by us only for these legal purposes, but not otherwise processed and deleted after expiration of the statutory retention period.
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in a way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
If you have any questions or concerns about privacy, please contact us with your questions.
